If an additional receipt or bill is printing when sending an order from the handheld, you may have receipts turned on on one of your devices.

On the device, press "Config", you will likely see that one of them has the receipt button highlighted. This needs to be pressed to switch it off if you no longer want receipts or bills to be printed automatically.
