Black/blank screen

If your till system doesn't seem to be powered on, follow the below steps

Instructions
  1. Powered on. Check to make sure no one has unplugged your EPOS terminal from the mains.

  2. Make sure that the power switch is on.
  3. Plug in something else into this plug socket to ensure that power is active.
  4. Test other plug socket.
  5. Ensure that the Power Lead is connected firmly into the PSU

    Power Lead (Left) PSU (Right)
  6. Look under the screen to check that the power lead hasn't been disconnected from the EPOS terminal.
