Check there is paper

If your printer isn't working, it might have ran out of paper or the paper may have been installed incorrectly.

  1. Press the eject button the the printer
  2. Remove the contents, old rolls can sometimes leave an empty tube behind.
  3. Reinstall a new till roll.
  4. Retest the printer.
