If you are unable to sign on, please follow the steps below.
- Test all Dallas keys first. If one is working than the rest may not be configured correctly.
- If all of your Dallas keys are not working, you may need to restart the EPOS system.
- After the system has rebooted, attempt to sign in again with all Dallas keys.
- A second reboot might be required if the Dallas reader is still not responsive.
- Once the system is off, unplug the power for 30 seconds.
- Plug the power back in and turn on the EPOS terminal.
- After the system has rebooted, attempt to sign in again with all Dallas keys.
