Dallas keys not working

If you are unable to sign on, please follow the steps below.

  1. Test all Dallas keys first. If one is working than the rest may not be configured correctly.
  2. If all of your Dallas keys are not working, you may need to restart the EPOS system. 
    1. After the system has rebooted, attempt to sign in again with all Dallas keys.
    2. A second reboot might be required if the Dallas reader is still not responsive.
      1. Once the system is off, unplug the power for 30 seconds.
      2. Plug the power back in and turn on the EPOS terminal.
      3. After the system has rebooted, attempt to sign in again with all Dallas keys.
