How to suspend Online Ordering

If you wish to stop orders from being received on Online Ordering, follow the below steps.

Suspend Online Orders

Instructions

1. Visit  tillconfig.net  in a new browser tab
   
2. Enter your  username  and  password  that you use to access the  Microtill Cloud
   
3. Click on the " TAKEAWAY " service
   
4. Click on " Delivery Settings "
   
5. You will see the site that you are changing highlighted in green. If you have a multisite account, click on the green heading to see all sites.
   
6. Click the delivery methods that you wish to suspend

Please Note:

Delivery methods can be temporarily suspended.

Delivery methods that are checked will not be shown to the customer.

Checking all delivery methods will disable all orders from being placed through Online Ordering.

7. Once you have selected a delivery method to suspend, you can specify the date and time until it's no longer suspend by clicking on the "Suspend until time?" field. 
   
8. When you have finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save
   
9. Press Logout located on the top right
